                                                                                                 EXPECTATIONS:

 CHOIR MEMBERS are expected to be at rehearsal unless prevented by illness or emergency. Your child is needed for various responsibilities in the rehearsals and concerts. Please do not schedule routine doctor visits or playdates on rehearsal days if at all possible, especially close to performances.

 

We ask that you be prompt in picking up your child after each rehearsal. We have other commitments in the evening, and must leave school on time. We cannot leave any child unattended waiting for pick-up, so please plan ahead and make necessary arrangements.

 

Occasionally, a student that enter choir is not ready for the focus and attention it requires. If your child has a consistent habit of talking or being disruptive, you will be asked to meet with the director to consider withdrawing from the program. Expectations will clearly be explained to the students at the start of the year, and every chance be given for an excellent experience! Because of these high values for participation and performance, the choir should be considered an "honors-level" activity.

 

FEE for CHOIR is $90 This includes a T shirt.
